Having bought and sold homes of my own, I remember what it was like to pour through those reports and be a little overwhelmed from wondering what was most important. Even with my background of working in several construction trades, it felt daunting.

Now as a professional inspector, I feel that my job is not only to address any issues that you need to be aware of, but also to help you understand the property and your inspection.  You should NOT to be overwhelmed or scared by it.

I will be punctual, professional, and detailed.  My goal is a same day turn around of your report so you can use the information quickly.

I use a first class web-based reporting software to help you read your report with ease from your computer, smart phone, or tablet.  I will include helpful pictures and sometimes videos to explain what I find.  The standard TREC required form is still downloadable as a pdf.

I will make myself available to make sure you understand the report and answer any questions or concerns you have about the home.
